The model for the cook at home meal kit industry in general is to deliver once a week. Our focus is on weeknight dinners. On our end ingredients are purchased and prepped with Sunday / Monday delivery in mind and to stay fresh for the week. In other words, to utilize our service of cook at home meal kits you will need to order at least 4 days in advance.

 As mentioned, the food we send out is of optimum freshness. To put it in a different perspective: the average American shops for groceries 1.6 times per week. If you receive super fresh raw ingredients on Sunday and store them properly they will last through Thursday. Certain ingredients like fresh fish and ground beef should be frozen if you are not planning to use them by Tuesday. We give guidelines by each dish which ingredients will stay fresh by when.

Yes we have a team of delivery drivers that will deliver your mealkit to your doorstep usually by late Sunday afternoon. Currently Lakewood and Monroe receive their mealkit packages Monday early afternoon. Your yellow box is packed carefully and sent with ice packs for optimal freshness.

Sunday Delivery Areas: Brooklyn, Queens, Five Towns, Rockland, North Jersey (includes Passaic), Riverdale and New Rochelle. 

Monday Delivery Areas: Lakewood / Toms River and Monroe

Third Party Shipping: If you live outside of our current delivery area, worry not. We can ship to you and in many cases at a reasonable price. We ship with insulated packaging and plenty of ice packs via UPS. In many areas UPS ground will get to you overnight and costs an average of $15. You pay only the third party shipping fee which our website calculates. If you live a little further away your package may need to be overnighted and cost will be calculated by checkout.

We do not offer the option to order less than 2 servings. It becomes difficult to cook one portion and many of our recipes can’t be made properly with such small quantities.

1 adult average eater. 2 child’s portion. Kids tend to eat the proteins and leave the sides so we offer the option to add extra proteins.

No, we do not use MSG or canola oil. As part of our commitment to food quality, taste and integrity we use single ingredient bases like making our own natural spice mixes, single ingredient natural sauce thickeners, fresh squeezed lemon juice etc.
